I've programmed and commissioned complete machines and production lines, from the wiring diagram to running steel, across oil & gas, manufacturing, and heavy industry in the Gulf. I know what it takes to make automation work in the real world: deterministic logic, real-time constraints, and systems that run for years untouched.

AI, Machine Learning & Agentic Systems
AI sits in my org chart, not in a slide deck. My companies run with AI agents that hold real jobs: marketing, sales, research, code, and infrastructure, reporting into the same channels as the humans. I design multi-agent architectures, deploy LLM systems into production, and apply machine learning where it moves a P&L, like AI-tested, condition-graded inventory in re-commerce.

Software & Platform Engineering
I build software the way I commissioned machines: ship it, watch it run, harden it. From rapid prototypes to multi-tenant SaaS, I've built and operated ERPs, marketplaces, portals, and data products, and I run the infrastructure they live on: servers, deployment pipelines, and the operational discipline that keeps production boring.
Entrepreneurship & Venture Building
Nineteen ventures under one holding group, built on one repeatable playbook: find an undervalued or inefficient market, install operational systems and technology, scale through partnerships and distribution. I've built from zero, bought and turned around, entered new markets, and raised, and I run the studio that teaches other founders to do the same.

Product is where strategy becomes something a customer can touch. I take ventures from concept to positioning to pricing to launch, and then grow them with repeatable systems: brand, content engines run with AI agents, and land-and-expand commercial models.
